Calculations happen in your browser

All GPA and grade calculations on GradeTally run locally in your web browser. No grade data is processed on a server when you use our calculators.

Grades are not sent to a server

The course names, credits, and letter grades you type into a GradeTally calculator are not transmitted to us or to any third party. They stay on your device for the duration of your session.

Saved settings (if added later)

If we add the ability to save calculator settings in a future release, those settings will be stored in your browser usinglocalStorage only. They remain on your device and are not uploaded to a server.

Future advertising

GradeTally may display advertising in the future. If we add ads, those ad providers may use cookies to serve and measure ads. We will update this policy with specifics before any ads are enabled.
